Samuel Anim Addo is a 45-year-old renowned Ghanaian Businessman. Born July 31, 1976 in Accra, who has built an envious portfolio which includes managing his father’s business ‘JB Anim chemical’ at the tender age of 15.  The manager of Ghanaian footballer, Asamoah Gyan.

Mr. Anim Addo is widely known to be an advocate of sports, especially soccer. Thus, he has created a career path in the world of football and boxing. Managing the likes of the legendary football player Asamaoh Gyan the “Babyjet” and John Laryea, a WBO African Champion.

 He is the current Board chairman for Okwawu United S.C. and Executive Council Committee Member of the Ghana Football Association. At the Ghana Football Association, he is the Chairman of the Ghana National U-15 Team, and the Vice Chairman of the Ghana Olympic Team (National U-23), the Black Meteors.

Mr. Anim Addo has an outstanding track record. Dating back to 1994, he worked for Ashfoam for as Sales Executive and travelled across the country merchandising the Ashfoam products from 1999 to 2004.

In 2002 he established the Saraphina Soccer Academy, a testament to his love of football. He served on the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) where he solved over a century of cases between 2003 to 2005.

He had stints with Ghartey and Ghartey / Janel Publications as a marketing executive from 2004 to 2006. He is at present the Chief Executive Officer of Goldstar Consult, a marketing and event company noted for organizing Stars Soccer Fiesta, a charity event between the players of the Senior National Soccer Team of Ghana, the Black Stars and other Ghanaian celebrities since 2007. He was the Special aide to the President of Medeama Soccer Club between 2009 to 2011. He is currently the Manager of Black Stars legend Asamoah “Babyjet” Gyan, Ghana’s all-time leading goal scorer and the former captain.

Mr. Anim Addo is serving as the Director and CEO of Babyjet promotions, Asamoah Gyan Foundation and Gyan Investment. A position he held since 2010.

Between 2013 to 2015, he worked as the Director of International Relations and Clubs Main Financier for King Faisal.

The year 2016 to 2017 saw him become the SRC President at GIMPA and also a Member of Academic Board. He was also the Vice President of Phar Rangers Football Club between 2017 to 2018.

 In 2018, Mr. Anim Addo founded the Babyjet U-16 African Championship; a tournament which earned the top performers transfers abroad.

Also in 2018, he was appointed Executive Chairman of Young Apostles Football Club and Executive Member of Ghana Football Association in 2019. Both positions he still holds at present.

2020 saw him become President of Berry Ladies Football Club and President of Great Somas Soccer Academy.

He is also since 2021 the Manager of one of Ghana’s major prospects in boxing, John Laryea a National Featherweight Champion and WBO African Champion.

In 2022 Mr. Anim Addo was appointed the Chairman of the WAFU Zone B U-17 Local Organising Committee.
